Mod Name / Version - Forum-Based Approval Notification 1.0
Description - This modification allows you to "subscribe" to approval notifications
generated by either fully moderated forums or privately moderated users (per JoshPet's
Private Moderation mod). Private messages will be generated to admins and moderators
for those forums "subscribed" to when a post in need of approval is sent.
Working Under - UBB.Threads 6.2.2
Pre-requisites - none, although you may want to install JoshPet's Private Moderation 1.1

Any other info - Admins will see all available boards to subscribe to, whereas moderators
will only be able to subscribe to the boards the moderates.
Backup your files and database before doing any modifing of your code.
